This policy lists every cookie and similar technology RaverPass uses, run by BeatPass LLC, what each one is for and how long it lasts. It describes what the platform actually does: if something is not here, we do not use it.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser so it can recognise you between one page and the next. Local storage is a similar technology: data kept by your browser that, unlike a cookie, is not sent to the server with every request. This policy covers both.
2. What we use
Essential cookies
Always activeOur own, needed for the platform to work. They are not used to profile you or to advertise, so they need no consent.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| raverpass-session | Your session: signing in, cart, language, currency and the hold on your tickets while you pay. It also counts the visit without identifying you (Privacy §4). | 14 days without activity |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). | 14 days without activity |
| remember_web_… | Keeps you signed in, only when you tick "Remember me". | 400 days, or until you sign out |
Stored on your device
Local storagePreferences your browser keeps for this site. They stay on your device until you clear them.
| Name | Purpose |
|---|---|
| cookie_consent | Your choice in the cookie banner. |
| theme | Light or dark mode. |
| raverpass_city, raverpass_city_slug | The city you picked to browse events. |
| bp_visit_count, bp_last_seen, bp_popup_slot | Spaces out the prompts (install the app, notifications) so they never show together. |
| pwa_dismissed_until, push-dismissed | Remembers that you dismissed one of those prompts. |
| offline-tickets-synced, raverpass-tickets | Your tickets for the door, so you can show them without a connection. Deleted when you sign out. |
3. Third-party content
Third-party content
Optional · off by defaultSome pages show content served by other companies. Those services set their own cookies, under their own policies, as soon as the content loads, so we only load it if you allow it in the banner. Until then you see a box in its place where you can accept it right there or open your preferences, and the venue page offers only the "Get directions" button.

- If you pay with PayPal, PayPal sets its own cookies in its window, under its privacy policy.
- If you sign in with Google or Facebook, it happens on their site and they set their own cookies there. We set none on their behalf.
5. What we do not use
No analytics cookies, no advertising or retargeting cookies and no social media pixels. We measure visits ourselves without any extra cookie, as explained in Privacy §4.
6. Managing your choice
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:
Withdrawing it removes the players and the map straight away. The cookies those services already set live on their own domains, so we cannot delete them for you: you can do it from your browser.
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser. Blocking the essential ones will stop sign-in and checkout from working. Instructions for the most common browsers:
